You agree not to use Karolix AI, our software, generative AI capabilities, or any connected APIs (including Google APIs) to:
- Create, generate, upload, edit, or disseminate Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (AI NCII), sexually explicit deepfakes, adult imagery of any person without explicit consent, or Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
- Harass, threaten, stalk, defame, or violate the personal privacy or likeness of any individual.
- Generate deceptive or fraudulent media designed to impersonate individuals without authorization.
- Violate the Google APIs Terms of Service, Google Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy, or any applicable local or international laws.
We maintain automated content filtering and a zero-tolerance policy against AI NCII. Any violation will result in immediate and permanent account termination, forfeiture of subscription credits, and reporting to relevant legal authorities.

You must not:

-
Distribute malware, malicious code, or harmful automated activity through the Platform.
-
Interfere with the security, availability, or operation of our services.
-
Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute access to the Platform unless expressly authorised by us.
-
Use automated systems to access the Platform in a manner that violates our policies, technical restrictions, or applicable law.
-
Use AI tools to create deceptive campaigns, unauthorised impersonations, or unlawful communications.
We may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate action where reasonably necessary.
5. AI-Generated Content and Limitations
Karolix AI uses artificial intelligence and may rely on third-party AI models to generate text, images, videos, recommendations, summaries, code, and other outputs.
5.1 Accuracy
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or unsuitable for your intended purpose.
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs before using, publishing, distributing, or relying on them.
5.2 No Guarantee of Uniqueness
Similar or identical outputs may be generated for different users. We do not guarantee that generated content will be unique or eligible for intellectual property protection.
5.3 Professional Advice
AI outputs are not a substitute for qualified legal, medical, financial, tax, or other professional advice.
You must independently verify information before making decisions that may materially affect people, businesses, finances, or legal rights.
5.4 Human Review
You remain responsible for decisions, communications, advertisements, publications, and business actions taken using AI-generated outputs.
5.5 Third-Party AI Services
AI functionality may depend on external providers, their policies, model availability, usage restrictions, and technical infrastructure.
We do not control every aspect of third-party AI services and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or identical outputs over time.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 Karolix AI Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Platform, including its software, source code, interface, branding, logos, design elements, documentation, and proprietary materials, is owned by or licensed to Karolix AI and its applicable rights holders.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit these materials without appropriate authorisation, except as permitted by law.
6.2 User Content
You retain ownership of content and materials you lawfully own and upload to the Platform.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, process, transmit, and use that content as reasonably necessary to provide your requested services, maintain security, and fulfil our contractual obligations.
6.3 AI-Generated Outputs
Subject to applicable law, third-party provider terms, and any separate agreement, we do not claim ownership of your generated outputs merely because you used Karolix AI to create them.
You are responsible for determining whether your intended use of an output is lawful and whether any permissions, licences, disclosures, or attributions are required.
6.4 Third-Party Materials
Some outputs may contain or resemble third-party material or may be subject to external licences and restrictions. You must respect applicable intellectual property rights.
7. Subscription Plans and Pricing
Karolix AI may offer free trials, free plans, paid subscriptions, usage-based services, AI credits, and additional paid features.
Prices, features, usage limits, and billing periods will be displayed at the point of purchase or within the relevant subscription interface.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
-
Subscriptions provide access only to the features included in the selected plan.
-
Usage limits may apply to AI generations, credits, integrations, storage, or other resources.
-
Additional usage may require purchasing credits or upgrading your subscription.
-
Taxes may be added where required by law.
-
Promotional pricing may be subject to separate conditions.
We may change pricing for future purchases or renewal periods, subject to applicable law, contractual commitments, and any required advance notice. Changes will not retroactively alter charges already incurred.
8. Payments and Billing
You agree to pay the fees associated with your selected subscription and any additional services you purchase.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.
By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorise the applicable recurring charges according to the payment terms disclosed at checkout, until the subscription is cancelled or expires.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and that sufficient funds are available.
If a payment fails, we may notify you and request that you update your payment method. Access to paid features may be restricted if payment remains outstanding, subject to applicable law.
You must not use fraudulent payment methods or initiate transactions without proper authorisation.
9. Subscription Renewal and Cancellation
Subscription renewal, billing frequency, cancellation deadlines, and access after cancellation will be explained during purchase or in your account settings.
Where subscriptions automatically renew, the renewal terms will be disclosed before you commit to the purchase.
You may cancel your subscription through the available account controls or by contacting our support team where necessary.
Unless otherwise stated, cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund payments already made. Access to paid features may continue until the end of the current paid period.
Any mandatory statutory cancellation or refund rights remain unaffected.
10. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the purchased plan, the nature of the service, the circumstances of the request, and applicable law.
Because AI services may involve immediate processing costs, including model usage and third-party infrastructure charges, consumed AI credits or completed usage may be ineligible for discretionary refunds where legally permitted.
However, we will honour applicable consumer rights, statutory refund requirements, and any specific refund commitments made at purchase.
Refund requests must include your registered email address, transaction reference, and a clear description of the issue.
We may review requests involving duplicate charges, unauthorised transactions, material service failures, or billing errors.
All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase by contacting [email protected]. Refunds are processed according to our standard billing terms.
11. AI Credits and Usage Limits
Karolix AI may use credits or other usage units for AI text generation, image generation, video creation, voice services, or other operations.
Credit consumption may vary according to the feature, model, output length, processing requirements, or third-party provider charges.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in your plan:
-
Credits may be limited to the applicable account or subscription.
-
Credits may be non-transferable and may not be redeemable for cash.
-
Expiration and rollover rules will be disclosed with the relevant plan.
-
Refunds for purchased credits are subject to the applicable refund terms and law.
-
Failed or interrupted generations will be handled according to our published credit-adjustment policy.
We will make reasonable efforts to display applicable usage rules before or during the purchase of credits.
12. Third-Party Integrations
The Platform may integrate with third-party services such as AI model providers, social media platforms, communication providers, payment gateways, cloud services, and automation tools.
Your use of these integrations may require separate accounts, permissions, API credentials, subscriptions, or acceptance of third-party terms.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to connect the relevant accounts and process the associated data.
We are not responsible for changes, outages, suspensions, pricing decisions, or policies imposed by third-party providers, except to the extent required by applicable law or our own contractual obligations.
We may disable or modify an integration if required for security, compliance, technical reasons, or changes in provider availability.
13. Automated Publishing and Communications
Karolix AI may allow users to schedule or automate content publication, email campaigns, customer messages, and other business activities.
You are responsible for:
-
Reviewing content before publication where appropriate.
-
Obtaining necessary permissions and consents from recipients.
-
Complying with applicable advertising, privacy, anti-spam, and consumer protection laws.
-
Ensuring that automated messages are accurate and not misleading.
-
Respecting unsubscribe requests and communication preferences.
-
Following the policies of connected social media and communication platforms.
We do not guarantee that every scheduled post, message, campaign, or automation will execute successfully. Failures may occur due to external API restrictions, account permissions, rate limits, connectivity issues, or provider outages.
You remain responsible for the content and consequences of campaigns and actions initiated through your account.
14. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of Karolix AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, stored, and shared.
You must not submit information that you are not authorised to process.
If you use Karolix AI to manage information belonging to customers, employees, or other individuals, you are responsible for fulfilling applicable privacy and data protection obligations.
Where required, separate data processing terms may apply.
15. Service Availability and Maintenance
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee that the Platform will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, software updates, infrastructure issues, cybersecurity incidents, force majeure events, or third-party service failures.
We may temporarily restrict access to protect the Platform, investigate technical problems, or address security risks.
Where reasonably practicable, we will endeavour to communicate significant planned interruptions to affected users.
16. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using Karolix AI at any time and cancel your subscription according to the applicable cancellation terms.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary if:
-
You materially breach these Terms.
-
Your account is involved in fraud or unlawful activity.
-
Your use creates a significant security risk.
-
Payment obligations remain overdue.
-
We are legally required to restrict access.
-
A critical third-party service or business operation becomes unavailable.
Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue before termination.
Upon termination, your right to access the affected services may end. Data retention, export, and deletion will be handled according to our Privacy Policy, applicable agreements, and legal obligations.
Termination does not eliminate payment obligations that accrued before termination.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Karolix AI is provided on an “as available” basis.
We do not warrant that:
-
The Platform will meet every business requirement.
-
AI outputs will always be accurate, complete, or suitable.
-
Every generated output will be free from errors or third-party rights claims.
-
The Platform will operate without interruptions or technical issues.
-
Integrations will remain available indefinitely.
-
Use of the Platform will produce a particular financial, commercial, or marketing result.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Karolix AI and its applicable operators, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, business opportunities, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Platform will not exceed the amount you paid to Karolix AI for the relevant services during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including any liability that applicable law requires us to retain.
19. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Platform, your material breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.
This provision does not require you to indemnify us for losses caused by our own negligence, misconduct, breach of contract, or other conduct for which liability cannot legally be transferred to you.
We will provide notice of relevant claims where reasonably practicable and allow appropriate cooperation in their resolution.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, technology, or legal requirements.
The latest version will be published on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
Where a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide notice or obtain consent where required by law.
Your continued use of the Platform after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance only to the extent recognised under applicable law. If you do not agree to a material change, you should stop using the affected services and cancel any applicable subscription.
21. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms will be governed by the laws of India, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
The parties will endeavour to resolve disputes through good-faith discussions.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the courts having appropriate jurisdiction in the location of the operating legal entity, subject to applicable law and mandatory consumer protection rights.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
22. Force Majeure
We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, widespread internet disruptions, governmental actions, war, civil disturbances, infrastructure failures, or significant third-party service outages.
This provision does not remove any rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
24. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, applicable subscription conditions, and any additional agreements expressly incorporated into them, govern your use of Karolix AI.
If an additional agreement conflicts with these Terms, the additional agreement will prevail only to the extent expressly stated or required by law.
